It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. As such, we will accept all undamaged and unaltered products in the furniture category within 15 days of purchase date. Umbrellas, Pergolas, and accessories such as outdoor area rugs and accent pillows are not refundable. If you chose to return your product, please reach out to us at [email protected] to initiate your return.
If your product has been delivered on Oahu and you would like us to come pick it up, a $120 pickup fee will apply. If your product has been shipped to a neighbor island via Young Brothers, you are responsible to package it and ship it back to us at your expense. Items that have not been delivered will be fully refunded to your original source of payment. A restocking fee may apply and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
We may ask for additional ID verification such as but not limited to state ID, passport or driver’s license for refunds of orders placed over the phone or online.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds are processed to the original payment method/card only. It is not possible to receive a refund to a different payment method or card.
We treat exchanges the same as returns for eligible items. Should you want to exchange the items purchased from us, please initiate a request via email at [email protected].
We stand behind our products, and should you experience anything that might be regarded as damage or manufacturing defects, we’ll make it right. Within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact us at [email protected] with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible. If we are unable to repair the product, we will arrange an exchange or a refund.
As all our pieces are hand crafted, a certain tolerance is allowed but not limited to the following: weave pattern, wicker color tone, aluminum frame welds, aluminum frame color if in an inconspicuous area, and dimensions of the pieces.
