Will the furniture rust?

No. All frames are made with powder coated aluminum and are therefore rust resistant.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We deliver and setup the furniture in your desired area on Oahu.

Maui, Big Island, Kauai, Molokai, Lanai: Port to Port shipping only. You will need to pickup the furniture from the Young Brothers port.

Is there a delivery charge?

Purchases over $900 include FREE delivery.

Purchases under $900 are subject to a $120 delivery fee.

Will the cushions fade?

No. We use Sunproof® olefin fabric for all our cushion covers. It is mildew resistant and is made with a solution dyed fabric which does not fade.

How long does it take to get my furniture?

• In Stock items are delivered within 1-5 business days.
• For Pre-order items, it is dependent on our shipment arrival date. View the specific product page for details.
• Special order items are delivered within 8-14 weeks.

Is the fabric waterproof?

The cushions are water resistant. They will repel water in a similar way like scotchgard. During prolonged periods of rain, it is suggested you cover the cushions or take them inside in order to maximize their lifespan.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing options with Affirm®. Details and payment terms are presented at checkout.

Is there a Warranty?

We have a limited 2-year warranty on frames, wicker, and hardware. Visit our Warranty page for details.

Does the furniture require assembly?

No. Most of our items are made with a one piece frame and do not require assembly. Some models such as the rope sets will require minimal assembly if you are having it shipped to a neighbor island. If you are on Oahu, all items will be delivered to you fully assembled.

Can the furniture be used inside?

Yes. All our models can be used inside.

Is the furniture heavy?

The furniture is relatively light. We use aluminum for all our frames which is a strong yet light material. As a reference, our Wicker Armchair weighs 36 lbs including the seat and back cushion.

My patio is not ready, can you hold it for me if I purchase it?

Yes. We can hold your purchase typically up to 4 weeks. If you need more time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I return/exchange an item?

You may exchange or return a set within 14 days of purchase. View our Returns & Exchange policy page for details. A restocking fee may apply.

How do I clean the furniture?

Frame – Remove the cushions and simply use a garden hose to wash the wicker furniture.

Cushions
Option 1 – Spot clean with a wet cloth/sponge and mild soap.
Option 2 – Remove cushion covers and machine wash.
